A diet with a lot of omega-3 fatty acids can help boost brain activity so that means eating lots of sea foods like Mackerel, Salmon, Cod, and Oysters. These types of foods are rich in that fatty acid.
While eating foods that have what you need is great, it can be challenging to switch up your entire diet. It can also get expensive very fast which is why taking a supplement gets you all the nutrients you need without making you spend a ton of money and time to get it.
