I have been making images for as long as I can remember. As a child, it was with crayons and markers; as a teen I discovered pencils and charcoal. Upon being accepted into university, I received a list of required supplies and on that list was “SLR camera”. My dad pulled down his old Canon AE-1 from the attic and the rest, as they say, is history.
I cut my photographic teeth in the darkroom at school, where I would spend hours developing negatives and prints, giddy from the sheer magic of it all – and possibly from inhaling the various chemicals involved Although I don’t shoot film nearly as much these days, photography is no less magical to me now than it was then.
This is my personal website; you can also check out my business site. I am available for free-lance work in the Ottawa region (where I am based) and beyond. Thanks for stopping by!
